All the software and data processing is located on our secure servers. This allows us to maintain, upgrade and back up the system for you. No expensive software or hardware to install and maintain. The only thing you need to access our systems is a 128-bit, secure Internet browser such as Internet Explorer 5+ or Netscape Navigator

Whenever you need to view, explore or print your reports, you are viewing current information. No more waiting for the end of a quarter.

Do you prefer pie charts? Bar graphs? Three-dimensional reports? Maybe you’d like to see your reports in your company colors? Select only certain dimensions to a particular report. Our interactive reporting site allows all of this and more. See your data the way you want to see it. Customize it whenever you like, however you like. 

 

Training:

 

Comprehensive, self-paced training is included using our online training presentations. These presentations can be accessed at any time and provide detailed, easy to follow instructions on the use of our systems. Your agency can also choose to participate in additional monthly conference calls designed to provide a guided tour through the solution(s) you have purchased. All system documentation is online in one location and can be conveniently accessed. When a change or update is made, everyone instantly has access to the new information.

 

Service:

 

Each member agency is assigned to a specific Member Services Representative responsible for your geographical region. Your Member Services Representative will manage all aspects of your account and provide timely follow-up and effective communications.
